During the 10 days 'Kuntschouw' exposition Michael van Kekem and I spent our time at this place. Not the most ideal place for an illustrator to have an exposition. No white walls, good lightning and it got a little wettish. But it was the best we could make out of it. This was the 3rd time I joined the Kuntschouw, and most defently the last time. Just not my target group of people and ideal place to have an exposition. But it was fun tho. Sold some bags, zines, a tshirt and one etch.

dimi dimi dimi.nl T-shirt ontwerp-wedstrijd. Deadline was 30 april, maar blijkbaar komt dat niet zo nauw, want je kunt je tshirt nog steeds in sturen. Ik zeg: Grmbl. Deze week komt de uitslag... Halleluja.

Mezz-City (vitrine)
First assignment down. I 'pimped' the vitrine from the Mezz @ Breda trainstation. After I finished this assignment they asked me if i would be willing to design the vitrine every month... Yes please! So... keep an eye open :)

Made in my last Gravat-class last wednesday. After all these great wednesday mornings I've became more and more interested in the etching technic. And hopefully I will be the proud owner of a small etchpress (table-version) pretty soon.

@ Escola Massana - Caperucita Roja (x2)
Currently working on two different 'Little Red Riding Hood' books. One will hopefully be finished (printed, fully bound etc) on tuesday. This one above takes up a lot more time and patience. I'm sewing every single imagine on textil as a new experiment :) And so far, I really like to bring up my illustrations to a new level.
This week will be my last week at Escola Massana. Sadly but true. So I try to finish every single assigment I've got during these 3 months. On tuesday I'll have an interview with my two teachers Pep and Arnal, and then I would like to present them my Billy the Kid - book, one Little Red Riding Hood - book and also my flip book from my animatoin a little while ago... So.. Lot's to finish up today. And I've not even been talking about the two animations that have to be finished on tuesday as well (720 drawings. HELLOOOO?) ... And it's already 5 o'clock. What happened to my extra hour?
